Leveraging our expertise in facility optimization and warehouse engineering, Jirui designed and implemented a multi-level modular mezzanine system tailored to the specific storage requirements of hemodialysis consumables.
Our intervention included both operational redesign and precise technical engineering:

Structural & Technical Design

  • Installation of a steel-panel mezzanine floor with a load capacity of 300 kg per square meter, ensuring compliance with medical logistics safety standards

  • Integration of full-perimeter metal mesh protection to secure products and prevent accidental falls from upper levels

  • Configuration of shelving units sized L1880 × W845 × H5025 mm, optimized for medical product dimensions

  • A storage system featuring:

    • 3 shelving levels below the mezzanine, and

    • 4 shelving levels above the mezzanine

  • Adjustable shelf positioning to accommodate product evolution and seasonal volume variations

  • Shelves designed to support up to 500 kg per level

Operational Layout Optimization

  • Strategically placed walkways and staircases enabling safe, rapid access to upper storage levels

  • Redesigned aisle flow to streamline movement, reduce bottlenecks, and accelerate picking operations

  • Layout engineered to support forklifts and mechanized equipment, dramatically improving logistics capability

  • Enhanced safety through edge-protection grids on all elevated storage areas
